Caramelised Onion PETITE

Fresh Australian onions are slowly caramelised in beautiful Australian oil before being off-set by a fabulous Australian balsamic vinegar and rich Australian brown sugar. The final flavour profile is rich, dark, sweet and sour with a dense caramel that goes all the way through to the nose. Expect a pop of smokey balsamic vinigar on the nose before the sweet onion comes through.

The sweetness of this relish makes it the perfect friend to all types of cheese, but does particularly well with a strong blue. The hero of any burger or steak sandwich, the best with your sausages & steak, magic on top of a potato, pancetta & cheese pizza.
